Where is Play-ble Inc. located? Play-ble Inc. is located, owned, and operated from Dublin, Georgia.

How do I determine if my order was received?  After placing an order, a conformation email will be sent to you verifying your order generally within 24 hours stating the availability of the product, your shipping address, and an estimated shipping date. The shipping date is usually is within 2-3 business days, unless it is during peak season or a product is on backorder.

How long does it take to be notified of a product being on backorder? During your conformation an email, the availability of your product will be stated as well as when you can expect your order to be shipped. If a product is on backorder, we will, which is usually able to be determined, state the expected date for the item to be released from backorder.

Does Play-ble, Inc. send email tracking notifications to allow customers to monitor the delivery of the orders? Yes; after we ship an item, a tracking number is sent to our customers so that can they monitor the delivery of their package.

How long does it take to process and receive an order? Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and you will receive a conformation email. In most cases your orders will be shipped and a tracking number will be received within 2-3 business days.

How do I order products from Play-ble, Inc? Orders can be placed by both the Internet or by phone. If you would rather order a product online, call 877-777-0220 and a representative will gladly take your order over the phone.

Does Play-ble, Inc accept returns for products purchased or damaged during shipping? Yes, we do accept returns for products that customers choose to return. However, there are different policies for different products. If you are dissatisfied with a product, or a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us via phone (877-777-0220) within 24 hours of receiving your product. Since different products have different policies, it is important that you speak with a customer representative within 24 hours to give them ample time to work out the logistics for making arrangements for replacing or establishing a refund for the product.

Do we manufacture our own Cornhole/Bean Bag Toss Games? Yes, all of our cornhole/ bean bag toss games are constructed and shipped from our manufacturing facility.  Our manufacture supervisor has over 8 years of professional experience building customized cabinets. All of our game boards are extremely well-built.

What types of wood do we use to build our cornhole/bean bag toss games? All of our game boards are made of Poplar, Birch, and Sealed Pine pieces. We use the best grade of wood on the market to ensure that our games are of superior quality.

How do I get my picture under the customer photos link? We love to see pictures of our customers using our products at different locations. We feel that the customer photos link enables us to have a more personable relationship with our valued customers. If you are interested in submitting pictures for us to place under our customer photos album, please send your pictures to customerphotos@tailgatingfanatic.com and include the location and first names of the participants. Please allow a couple of weeks to upload; we are trying to do a mass upload every few weeks.
